My character Clifton's Dad, Clovis "Coo" (as in utterly and incurably Coo-Coo) Debugian. And yes, he's Purple and gold lol Debug Foxes are notorious for being utterly random colors.

Differences in how i drew in 2008 and now in the start of 2013.... so much improvement @.@ Also shortened his hair... for some reason i wanted it alot shorter than it originally was.. Also this one has them in the right spots unlike the one i did with cliff |3;

With not even a shred of proper critique, allow me to do a little better since its a "redrawn" version.

The color has gotten a lot more better and you're able to see more shades of color through his hair. The shine looks pretty well done and the shading through the color around his body is very visible and well done. Wings can be a difficult thing to draw due to the angle and position they're in but you really show you can do that no problem since the anatomy of the wing looks pretty accurate.

Seeing theres a little less fur it actually shows off the body as well the figure a lot more.

Overall this is a improvement to the ref sheet from that time ago.

Why thank you :3 The wing anatomy is still something rather newly found honestly... haven't been drawing them that way very long, but i like it a lot more than the old way. Coloring is still the basic way i do coloring X3 though maybe I've improved there |3

Most of the improvement i find i make is in stance, basic anatomy, eye position and size, muzzles, wings, and stuff like the tail.... you can tell he's a fox a bit more X3

Thanks for the insight. Yeah i have anatomy problems '3'; It doesn't help i have no will to draw characters and the such when school is going because all they want is realistic still-life.. I've been slowly getting better at anatomy, though it's a slow and steady improvement.

I faced this problem since I'm in a special school for those above 95% so I have to work my ass off T_T & I don't have spare time to draw
anyway I started to carry a small notebook around & copied any thing in front of me someone's eyes, my teacher, the table, my rubber, the pencil, drawing anime-that's not copying-, practice emotions ... etc & it really made me improve quickly.
